Refund policy

Because all of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is printed just for you — we don’t hold inventory, which helps reduce waste but also means we can’t accept returns if you simply change your mind or order the wrong size.

📦 Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, please email us at info@duckyfarm.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

Once we verify the issue, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.

❌ We Cannot Offer Refunds or Replacements For:

  • Buyer’s remorse or “changed my mind”
  • Incorrect sizes or colors ordered
  • Shipping delays or customs hold-ups
  • Slight color or print placement variations (normal in print-on-demand production)

đź‘• Sizing Notes for Apparel

Please double-check size charts before ordering t-shirts or other clothing. Since we don't stock items or process exchanges, ordering the correct size is very important.

🇪🇺 European Union Customers

If you live in the EU, you typically have a 14-day right to cancel. However, our products are made-to-order, which qualifies as custom goods under EU law. This means the cooling-off period does not apply to most items in our shop.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
