Welcome to DuckyFarm! The terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to DuckyFarm. We operate this website and online store to bring you custom-made posters, stickers, apparel, and more (collectively, the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify, which helps us deliver these Services to you.

By visiting or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Your Account
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during checkout and to keep it up-to-date.

2. Our Products
All of our products are made-to-order through trusted third-party production partners. This means:

  • All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
  • Slight color or design variations may occur due to printing processes and screen differences.
  • Product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • Our products are for personal use only. Commercial resale or reproduction is not permitted without prior written approval.

3. Orders and Cancellations
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted once confirmed by us. Because our products are made-to-order and enter production quickly, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are submitted.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Pricing and Billing
Prices may change at any time without notice. Your order total includes product price, taxes, and shipping (where applicable). You agree to provide valid and up-to-date billing and contact information.

All transactions are processed securely via Shopify’s payment platform.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to ship orders promptly, but shipping times are estimates only. DuckyFarm is not liable for delays due to carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you once the product is handed to the shipping carrier.

6. Refunds and Returns
Because all items are custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or minor print differences.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us at info@duckyfarm.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Refund or replacement eligibility may be denied if you contact us after the 7-day window or fail to provide sufficient documentation. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

European Union customers: Most of our products are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period due to their made-to-order nature.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and product designs, are owned by DuckyFarm or its licensors. You may not use or reproduce any materials without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services and Links
We may offer links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Use them at your own risk.

9. Feedback
