Because every item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size/color, shipping delays, or minor color/print-placement variations. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email info@duckyfarm.com
within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue—we’ll send a free replacement or refund (your choice). EU customers: our items are made-to-order “custom goods,” so the usual 14-day cooling-off period generally doesn’t apply. Please check the size chart before ordering.
