Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size/color, shipping delays, or minor color/print-placement variations. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email info@duckyfarm.com
within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue—we’ll send a free replacement or refund (your choice). EU customers: our items are made-to-order “custom goods,” so the usual 14-day cooling-off period generally doesn’t apply. Please check the size chart before ordering.
What are the delivery times for U.S. orders?
Our items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for printing and packing. Once shipped, U.S. delivery typically takes 3–8 business days.
